osx - How can I make the File Info window in Finder open bigger?

For some odd reason, lately the Info window in Finder (when you highlight a file and press Apple-i) is opening only approx 200 pixels high, so I have to drag it out to see the rest of the properties.

Is there a way of resetting it or making it remember the size I dragged it out to?

    [Edit] FYI, Snow Leopard 10.6.1

    This method might work:

    1. Browse to your home dir > Library > Preferences
    2. Locate a file named com.apple.finder.plist
    3. Move that file to your Desktop. You will lose your personalize settings
    4. Now, try to invoke the Info again to see if it fixes the problem. If it does not, then drag the file from the Desktop back to its original folder.

Whenever I click on file in Finder to be opened in Firefox, it opens it in new Firefox window instead of new tab in existing Firefox window. Can this behaviour be changed? Mac OS X 10.5.8, Firefox 3.5.3.

Even with that option checked, if you do not already have a window open, firefox will open a new window for each file you open. However, if you already have a window open, firefox will open a new tab for each file you open.

try the tab mix plus extension. I believe it lets you choose what to do with links opened from other apps.
