laptop - Packard Bell EasyNote TE change of Hotkeys

I recently had to replace the keyboard on a Packard Bell EasyNote TE Windows 8 laptop. However, due to cost restrictions and avilability, I was unable to source an exact replacement.

The keyboard I have replaced the old one with is a very slightly different layout. The Home, Insert, Page Up and Page Down buttons are no longer FN keys on the arrows but are their own key above the numpad.

The issue I am having is finding any way of telling the laptop where these keys are now that they have changed.

Is there any way of doing this?

I am a fairly advanced user as I have worked as a desktop engineer as sometime, therefore I don't mind going in to more advanced techniques to get this working. However, I have never come across a need to do this before so am a little stumped.

Hi I bought myself a Logisys BackLit Keyboard, and i want to configure the hotkeys it has (Internet, email, search) to open different programs or to put the computer to sleep. Do I have to have logisys Drivers? Does something like Autohotkey help me?

This is exactly what Autohotkey can be used for!

I also like Key Tweak for this stuff.

Do I have to have logisys Drivers?

in order to make use of 'special keys' on your keyboard you will have to install the drivers, yes.

depending on your keyboard, there may be a piece of software installed with the drivers, that allows you to configure certain keys to your likings.
