Pocket extension for Chrome stopped working with JS disabled per-site. Which side to blame?

I have Save to Pocket installed for Google Chrome on OS X. Recently it stopped working for sites which have JavaScript disabled (via Quick Javascript Switcher)--although it worked well before, with JS disabled the same way and for same site. Everything is fine for any other sites.

Which piece of software is the issue attributed to (and should be reported to)? Is it Google Chrome problem, Save to Pocket or Quick JS Switcher?

    Google Chrome stable channel (35.0.1916.153).

Chrome extension that makes Ctrl+Tab work like in Visual Studio

Does anyone here know if a Chrome extension exists, that will make Ctrl+Tab go to the last active tab - like in visual studio.

I know, I once found one for Firefox - which I can't find now - and wonder if something like that is available for Chrome.

You may want to have a look at Last Used Tab Switcher, it's as close as I can find but uses ALT+Q instead of CTRL+TAB

Recent Tabs extension is the best I think. You can use ctrl+Q or ctrl+~ or assign your own shortcut key for it.

I now found a possiblity to achieve this for users working on Windows and wrote an extension: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ctrl%2Btab-mru/ialfjajikhdldpgcfglgndennidgkhik
