networking - sharing via wifi an internet connection obtained via bluetooth

I have a working internet connection on my w8.1 laptop, this connection is done via a bluetooth network connection to my iPhone, in tethering.

I'd like to share this connection via wifi to my other appliances.

I know how to setup an hosted network

    netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid=”mynetworkX” key=”12345678”
    netsh wlan start

my devices connect happily to mynetworkX but they have no internet access.

the problem is that I should share my bluetooth network connection (the one I use to connect to the internet) to mynetworkX, but there is no "sharing" tab on its property pages. is there any way to enable the sharing of a bluetooth network connection? maybe using netsh or some other tool?

    thank you.

Share wired internet connection of windows 7 pc to iPad via bluetooth?

At my work, we have wireless... but our desktops are wired. The wireless in the building is sparse and horrible and my iPad has an unstable wifi connection to it.

However, I was wondering since my iPhone is capable of sharing internet to my iPad via bluetooth protocol, if my PC could somehow reproduce that same protocol and allow the iPad to do the same?

I'd love it if my iPad had a stable connection via bluetooth when it's just sitting near my desktop.

    Please advise!

    Thanks!

Not sure about bluetooth internet sharing. It would be easier to buy a cheap Wi-Fi dongle (TP-Link TL-WN722N is 13USD in amazon.com) and use the software connectify.me to setup your personal hot-spot at your desk. Would be much faster than bluetooth protocol.
