I found the files in Temp folder, when I opened the recorded session through the link provided and I copied them to my desktop but now I am facing an issue. How could I open and play these. I had tried with changing the .DAT format to all others (tried PowerDVD, VLC, Webex recording player, windows media player, real player) but none of them worked.

While opened it on VLC, there is an error popped up as "VLC does not support the audio or video format "undf". Unfortunately there is no way for you to fix this".

I would really appreciate, if some techie would explain in detail step by step.

How can I open these files?

I used to have this tool called GSpot270a,
there is a quick start here.

And a comparison of some tools here.

    1. QuickTime Pro (commercial); Lillipot
    2. Intel Semaphore (commercial)
    3. GSpot
    4. MediaInfo (Sourceforge)
    5. wmsnoop

    There is this blog post
View and Analyze Your Media Codec Information (Video/Audio) With MediaInfo
which does not open at this time... don't know why, but it has the lines,

MediaInfo can be considered as the alternative tool for GSpot Codec Information Appliance. MediaInfo is being actively developed.

I can see GSpot is not actively developed.
