I deleted a file from amazon S3, but I can still find a link to it and download it on google. How do I completely delete it?

The file appeared to have been deleted. I can no longer see it in the bucket but the link to it on google still works and downloads the file. I have tried to clear my cache and downloads in my browser but I can still download the file.

Amazon AWS has the principle of Eventual Consistency that binds all of its systems together. Basically, user requests may take "some time" (how long depends on the speed of the systems) for the request to propagate through the whole system. By the principle of eventual consistency, eventually your file will be deleted, but it'll take some time.

Amazon S3 bucket - download only certain files

I have an Amazon S3 bucket with 10,000 images sitting in it with a standard naming convention:

    001_small.jpg
    001_large.jpg
    002_small.jpg
    002_large.jpg

Since there is such a large amount of files I don't want to download ALL of them and I don't want to sit there for a couple of hours to select just the *_large.jpg files...

Can someone suggest an S3 file manager that can let me select only the *_large.jpg files to download?
