wireless networking - After deployment Windows 8 Machine cannot sign in with a microsoft account

I have created a Windows 8 image using SCCM 2012 sp1, when deploying the image i disable the local administrator password. During deployment the machine is connected to the local wireless system. When i try to log on to the system for the first time I continually get told my password is incorrect for the user I am using.
I have tried multiple users and get this error every time. I have checked the usernames and passwords and can log in fine with these anywhere else. I have tried to log in using the wired network but get the same issue.

If I deploy the system with the local administrator enabled and then sysprep / generalize the machine i can log in using a microsoft account fine. The reason I cannot do this is we need to bitlock the machines and a sysprep / generalize causes the machine not to start.

I have no idea where to start troubleshooting this issue.

Also on a side note when deploying the machines it asks me to join a wireless after I inject the drivers (I want this to happen) however only 3 of our 5 wireless networks are displayed. Is there something that would prevent networks being displayed durin Windows PE.

I am using Windows 8 at work. Our Exchange server is configured to allow access from the Windows 8 mail app. Unfortunately, I cannot figure out how to use the mail app without first adding a Microsoft Account. Is it possible to utilize the Windows 8 mail app with a corporate Exchange server without first associating a Microsoft Account?

Unfortunately no. AFAIK, using communication Metro Windows Store apps (like Mail, Calendar, People, Messaging) in Windows 8 requires you to use a Microsoft account.
